Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations for the massage therapy studio.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

• Train and develop staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in management, particularly as a sales manager, operations manager, or general manager.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively lead a team and ensure smooth operations.
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence and motivate the team.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
