About the position

Amazing Lash Studio® is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager / Operations Manager to lead our eyelash extension and eyebrow service studio. This is not just a management position; it is a hands-on role where you will be actively involved in sales and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of studio performance, ensuring that both sales and operational goals are met consistently. You will be expected to lead a high-performing team, providing continuous feedback and motivation to achieve and exceed personal, team, and individual membership sales and retail sales goals. In this role, you will create a positive and engaging culture within the studio, implementing team recognition programs and studio contests to foster a friendly environment. Your responsibilities will include creating schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will also maintain a clean and welcoming studio environment, which is crucial for guest satisfaction. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry and is ready to take on the challenge of driving sales while managing daily operations. Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations for the studio.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to meet or exceed sales and financial goals.
• Excellent leadership skills to ensure smooth operations.
• Open availability to manage a studio that operates early and late, 7 days a week.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to set expectations and delegate tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Competent trainer and motivator.
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus.
