About the position

Amazing Lash Studio® is seeking a Sales Manager/Operations Manager to oversee sales and operations at an eyelash extension and eyebrow service studio. This role is pivotal in driving sales, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive studio culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations for the studio.
• Lead a consistently high-performing team focused on achieving sales goals.
• Provide continuous feedback and act as a hands-on role model for staff.
• Motivate the team to exceed personal, team, and individual sales goals.
• Create a positive culture through team recognition and studio contests.
• Ensure a friendly environment for guests by assisting and responding to customer needs.
• Manage schedules, inventory, and customer service operations.
• Maintain a clean and impeccable studio.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a team of at least 10 people to meet or exceed sales and financial goals.
• Excellent leadership skills to ensure smooth operations.
• Open availability to manage a studio that operates early and late, 7 days a week.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and goal-setting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Competent trainer and motivator.
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus.
