About the position

As a General Manager at Tesla, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by overseeing all sales and service operations at the Chattanooga site. Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales and service operations at the site.
• Lead cross-functional managers to enhance customer experience.
• Monitor service trends and improve communication and processes.
• Foster a culture of inclusion and psychological safety within the team.
• Set and achieve performance targets while holding the team accountable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a customer-facing operation.
• Professional experience leading a fast-paced customer-facing operation.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to stand or sit for 8 hours or more.

Nice-to-haves

• Motor Vehicle Salesperson License issued by the State Department of Motor Vehicles.
• Notary license preferred.
