About the position

As a General Manager at Tesla, you will be responsible for overseeing all sales and service operations at the Savannah location. Responsibilities

• Oversee all sales and service operations at the site.
• Lead cross-functional managers to enhance customer experience.
• Monitor service trends and improve communication and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a customer-facing operation.
• Professional experience leading an end-to-end customer-facing operation in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellence.

Nice-to-haves
