  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and operational standards.

Requirements

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 8 years of relevant experience; OR 4-year bachelor's degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
  • General Manager experience in limited or full-service property preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and late nights.
  • Demonstrated progressive career growth and exceptional performance in the property industry.
