About the position

The General Manager at Spinx is responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring a safe environment, and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service. This role emphasizes promoting store profitability, maintaining brand standards, and executing marketing programs while adhering to company policies and procedures. The General Manager will also focus on staff recruitment, training, and scheduling, all while embodying the company's motto of 'Making Life Easier.'

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations including food operations and maintaining a safe environment.
• Recruit, hire, schedule, train, and supervise employees.
• Promote store profitability and maintain brand standards.
• Execute marketing programs and control expenses.
• Manage inventory levels and shortage control.
• Direct and coordinate staff to provide excellent customer experiences.
• Plan and prepare work schedules to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Four-year college or university degree or a minimum of two years related retail management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid in-state Driver's License with required auto insurance and acceptable motor vehicle report.
• Achieve and maintain the NRE Certification.
• Must be available to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Responsible for direction of three to fifteen Store Team Members and one to four Management Team Members.
