The General Manager / Studio Director at Amazing Lash Studio is responsible for overseeing sales and operations at the Scottsdale McDowell Mountain Ranch location. Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations for the studio.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals and maintain high customer service standards.
• Identify and solve problems effectively within the studio.
• Set expectations and delegate tasks to team members.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Requirements

• Experience in management, particularly as a sales manager, operations manager, or general manager.
• Excellent leadership skills to lead a team efficiently.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to identify problems and set goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Flexibility to work various days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
