About the position

The General Manager, Support at Home is responsible for overseeing the transition of the Home Care business to Support at Home, ensuring operational performance, financial sustainability, quality, employee engagement, and consumer outcomes. This role involves leading the development of innovative solutions to enhance service delivery and compliance while driving growth in line with the organization's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a modern and contemporary service in the context of Support at Home.
  • Create and execute an approach to the provision of Support at Home that transforms the experience of consumers and employees.
  • Identify and create opportunities to grow the Support at Home business to maximize reach and impact.
  • Develop key performance indicators and targets for the Support at Home leadership team.
  • Implement workforce planning processes that optimize labor deployment while balancing consumer and employee needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and monitor compliance.

Requirements

  • Strong commercial background in a related sector with a proven ability to grow services sustainably.
  • Understanding of quality and compliance requirements with the ability to monitor and remediate compliance risks.
  • Proven management experience at a senior operational leadership level.
  • Experience in workforce planning and optimization.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills to develop talent.
  • Experience managing remote and isolated teams.
  • Satisfactory NDIS workers screen check.
