Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and brand standards.

Requirements

• 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 8 years of relevant experience, or a 4-year degree with 6 years of experience.
• Proven experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance, and accounting.
• General Manager experience in a limited or full-service property is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
