Responsibilities

  • Functions as the primary strategic business leader of the property.
  • Responsible for guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales, and revenue generation.
  • Verifies implementation of service strategy and initiatives to meet or exceed guest expectations.
  • Holds property leadership team accountable for strategy execution and guides their professional development.
  • Initiates independent and proactive sales activities to generate demand.
  • Builds owner loyalty through proactive communication and managing expectations.
  • Actively involved in the local community and builds strong relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers.
  • Develops business plans to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share.
  • Executes business plans and holds property leadership accountable for successful delivery.
  • Works closely with Sales and Marketing to develop revenue-generating strategies.
  • Creates a cohesive and high-performance Executive Committee.
  • Reviews business-related data to proactively address market conditions and achieve profit margin goals.
  • Verifies fair treatment of employees and fosters open communication.
  • Works with Revenue Management to develop effective pricing strategies.
  • Builds strong rapport with property owners through ongoing communication.
  • Interacts with guests to obtain feedback and improve service delivery.
  • Ensures compliance with legal, safety, operations, and brand standards.
