About the position

The Truck Care General Manager at Love's is responsible for overseeing all operations within the truck care facilities, ensuring exceptional customer service and team performance. This role empowers managers to take ownership of their locations, driving sales growth and managing daily activities to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations in the truck care facilities.
• Direct and coordinate activities to better serve customers.
• Ensure teams focus on customer satisfaction in all interactions.
• Promote sales growth through effective merchandise execution.
• Train and develop team members to deliver world-class service.

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience in retail, restaurant, travel stop, c-store, big box, grocery, or department store.
• 2+ years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million.
• 2+ years of experience with budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years of experience supervising and training 5-10 employees.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs regularly.
• Intermediate PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
