Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the U.S.
  • Uphold NOAT's commitment to responsible marketing and maintain brand integrity.
  • Recruit, lead, and inspire a world-class team to drive sales and operations.
  • Establish relationships with key retailers, distributors, and q-commerce platforms.
  • Generate earned media through effective marketing, PR, and partnerships.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including sales performance and distribution logistics.
  • Identify and explore new growth opportunities in untapped channels and regions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for U.S. market activities and stakeholder engagement.
  • Continuously monitor sales performance and adjust strategies for optimization.
  • Ensure all operations meet U.S. regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in market strategy, operations, and distribution.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling a business, including team building and retail expansion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred).
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. retail and distribution landscape.
