About the position

The General Manager for the Utilities Division is a newly created role focused on leading and growing the division by overseeing daily operations, driving business development, managing budgets, and shaping future strategies. The position requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience in utilities management, particularly in large diameter piping and wastewater treatment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team within the Utilities Division.
• Oversee the daily operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Drive business development efforts to expand into new markets and increase revenue.
• Manage the Utilities Division budget, ensuring financial goals are met.
• Lead strategic planning initiatives for the long-term growth of the division.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in utilities or wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) management.
• Strong expertise in large diameter piping (18”+) and/or WWTP facilities.
• Proven track record in leadership, business development, and operations management.

Nice-to-haves

• Preferred experience working in the Philadelphia/Mid-Atlantic region.
