About the position

As the General Manager, you will oversee a new Class A Commercial office space exceeding 200,000 SQFT in West Palm Beach, FL. This role encompasses general operations, tenant relations, capital projects, and management of the maintenance staff, providing a unique opportunity to work with experienced professionals in the Real Estate industry.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee general operations of the commercial office space.
  • Manage tenant relations to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Supervise capital projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Oversee the maintenance staff and ensure the property is well-maintained.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Commercial Property Management.
  • Experience managing Class A office properties.
  • Strong understanding of financials including accounting, budgets, and reports.
  • Knowledge of building operations and maintenance.
