Requirements

• Prior restaurant management or leadership experience with a successful history of quality guest service.
• Experience in financial statements, sales, or performance data analysis.
• Strong aptitude for learning, coaching, and teamwork.
• Ability to motivate and train staff effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Proficient in desktop software programs and labor management.

• Experience in setting and maintaining inventory and schedules.
