About the position

As a General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings, you will be responsible for creating legendary experiences for guests while overseeing the restaurant's operations. This role involves managing the restaurant management team, ensuring performance and engagement, and leading training initiatives. You will also handle local marketing efforts and community fundraising activities, all while maintaining a focus on profitability and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
• Previous experience as a General Manager in a restaurant.
• General knowledge of labor laws and health codes.
• Understanding of safe food handling and sanitation practices.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety procedures.
• Ability to manage and direct the work of others.
• Passion for training and developing team members.
• Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements.
