Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and sales volume
• Ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction
• Oversee profit margins and financial performance
• Create employee schedules and manage staffing
• Place inventory orders and manage stock levels

• Delegate specific tasks as appropriate while maintaining ultimate responsibility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
• Valid Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler
• Reliable transportation
