About the position

The General Manager at EquipmentShare will oversee the growth and operations of a new dealership location in Caddo Mills, TX. Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing team by hiring and training employees.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of industry experience, preferably in a management role at a heavy equipment dealership.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on EquipmentShare products and services.
