About the position

As a General Manager at Wendy's, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring that your team delivers exceptional service and high-quality food to customers. Your leadership will drive sales and profit goals while fostering a positive work environment. You will be responsible for training and guiding Shift Managers and Crew Members, ensuring that every shift improves upon the last.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all people and operations for a Wendy's restaurant.
• Ensure high standards of food safety and quality are maintained.
• Train and mentor Shift Managers and Crew Members.
• Drive store sales and profit goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and treat customers like family.
• Handle operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage flexible work availability and staffing needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of three to four years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in foodservice.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college experience or military background is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards.
