Responsibilities

  • Inspire and support the team to provide excellent service to customers.
  • Generate weekly schedules to ensure adequate restaurant capacity and a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain a welcoming family culture through coaching, discipline, and hiring practices.
  • Oversee routine ordering and inventory to ensure sufficient product levels for customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety in the restaurant by adhering to maintenance and food safety guidelines.
  • Adapt to various situations to support team members in meeting customer needs.
  • Resolve customer issues and employee wellness concerns calmly and effectively.
  • Execute marketing plans accurately and on time to encourage repeat customer visits.
  • Review profit and loss statements with the District Manager and take necessary actions to address issues.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers to enhance quality of life.

Requirements

  • Desire to grow and succeed in personal and professional development.
  • Strong people-oriented relationship skills.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and prepare food items.
  • Demonstrated drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility in scheduled shifts.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant or equivalent education.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance with an adequate driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and independently with various personalities.
  • Successful completion of a background check and must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
