About the position

As a General Manager at Aramark, you will oversee multiple contracted services for clients, managing operations that generate significant revenue. Your role will involve leading a team to ensure excellent service delivery, maintaining client relationships, and achieving financial and operational goals. You will be responsible for compliance with regulations and Aramark's standards, while also focusing on employee and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services for clients generating $2-15M+ in revenue.
  • Lead a team providing operational expertise in contracted services with hands-on execution management.
  • Manage client and community relationships, continually assessing operations and developing service improvement plans.
  • Build, develop, and lead a management team and staff to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Partner with Finance to manage budgets and optimize financial performance and operational productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and maintain associated records and reports.
  • Uphold Aramark's standards of operation, including safety standards and Business Conduct Policy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management preferred.
  • Strong focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship, and business growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and senior management.
  • Ability to read and implement contractual requirements and identify operational opportunities.
  • Experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment.
  • Proven leadership experience managing other managers.
  • Experience in creating and managing department budgets and financial controls.
  • Experience in crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs.

  • Experience in a senior management role within the hospitality or service industry.
