Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the restaurant team to exceed guest expectations.
• Drive sales and control costs effectively.

• Host weekly managerial meetings and daily shift meetings to promote productivity.
• Ensure high standards of service and food quality are maintained.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience in a restaurant setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of food, labor, and bar costs.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work well with people.
