About the position

The General Manager will lead the team to achieve aggressive growth and success in the market, with full P&L ownership. This role requires strong leadership skills, a competitive growth mindset, and a focus on continuous improvement, particularly in the HVAC sector.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage company operations to deliver excellent customer service, quality control, and profitability.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and growth goals for the company.
• Build long-term business relationships with clients.
• Build a high-performance team of leaders in the organization and optimize productivity.
• Develop and maintain operations policies, procedures, and standards to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver high-quality results.
• Oversee the financial operations of the company, including managing budgets and financial objectives, achievement of sales targets, controlling expenses, providing financial reporting, and delivering results.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in P&L responsibility
• 10 years of experience in Commercial MEP Sales and Operations
• 5 years of experience managing 10 or more direct reports
• Strong leadership skills
• Mechanical knowledge, particularly in HVAC systems
