About the position

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of a location's day-to-day operations, driving growth and performance metrics while fostering a positive workplace culture. This role includes full P&L ownership and aims to capture a major market share through organic growth and potential acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the construction industry and a strong focus on customer experience and team development.

Responsibilities

• Full P&L ownership
• Driving 20%+ organic growth through hiring, training, motivating, and retaining A+ salespeople
• Build a culture of engaged individuals with a total eNPS of 50+
• Build a market leading brand through a focus on customer experience, achieving a 4.8+/5 avg rating on Google and customer NPS of 90+
• Ensure financial reporting, software systems, and data are in line with expectations
• Manage to 45%+ Gross Margins
• Regularly communicate and collaborate with the Executive leadership team and management teams at partner brands
