We are looking for an experienced General Manager for our Element Hotel in Lenox, MA, scheduled to open in the spring/summer of 2025. The General Manager must manage the operations of the hotel to maximize the profitable growth of the business and ensure service and product quality to maintain and enhance the integrity of the hotel brand. A BS/BA in hotel management or business is preferred. CHM certification preferred. Previous general manager experience required. Must have a broad understanding and knowledge of hotel marketing, front desk operations, room sales and marketing, housekeeping, and maintenance. Computer skills, training skills, and financial skills are required.
