About the position
Wendy's is seeking career-minded, motivated individuals to take on the role of General Manager. This position involves overseeing operations, developing and mentoring your team, and ensuring a positive dining experience for customers. You will be responsible for monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures, maximizing store sales and profit goals, maintaining QSC standards, and ensuring the protection of Wendy's brand and assets.
