About the position

This role focuses on increasing owner's equity through effective management and strategic growth of the business while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, lead, and control all departments in the office.
• Manage financial components including P&L and budgets of the office.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Hire and recruit talent for the office.
• Ensure staff members are properly trained in BELFOR practices and protocols.
• Develop career paths to maintain retention of team members.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, customers, and vendors.
• Organize daily activities of self and others and work as a team player.
• Lead the team to established goals.
• Supervise the work of estimators, project managers, administrators, asset managers, and sales and marketing efforts.
• Monitor workflow and systems for effective task completion.
• Attend marketing events to be visible to potential leads and customers.
• Inspect random projects to confirm quality control.
• Follow up on customer complaints and determine issues for resolution.
