About the position

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations of the center, including entertainment, food and beverage services, and property management. This role focuses on cultivating a high-performing team environment and ensuring exceptional guest experiences while managing financial performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial operational plans and budgets, monitoring performance to achieve financial goals.
• Review and control labor costs and other expenses.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, planning, and team communication.
• Supervise and direct training for staff to ensure proficiency in guest service and operational standards.
• Manage multiple departments and conduct regular performance meetings with the management team.
• Review profit and loss statements and adjust action plans accordingly.
• Maintain high morale among team members and address HR or loss prevention issues as they arise.
• Ensure customer complaints are resolved and guests are satisfied.

Requirements

• 5+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in POS register systems.
• Solid communication skills.
