About the position

The General Manager at Purificación García will oversee all store operations, focusing on achieving sales targets and maintaining high-quality standards for the boutique. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a team, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain the brand's image while driving sales and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Achieving and exceeding all qualitative and quantitative (KPI) targets for the store as defined by the company
• Ensuring all procedures, processes, and actions defined by the company and Sales Managers are correctly implemented
• Maintaining exceptional customer service standards and keeping excellent relationships with key clients
• Managing stock control, cash management, sales forecasts, and daily reports
• Recruiting, evaluating, and motivating the store staff to create a cohesive team
• Training and developing staff on products, procedures, and sales techniques
• Ensuring accurate brand image and maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Managing staff schedules and rotations to maximize revenue and optimize staff costs
• Guaranteeing adherence to all safety and security standards
• Setting and controlling individual and store sales goals, KPI's, and tasks, taking corrective action when necessary
• Acting as the principal contact point between the customer and the company, providing data to improve processes and adapt services and products to local consumers.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion luxury brands
• Proven track record in fashion-forward and customer orientation
• Strong experience in creating and maintaining clientele relations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to lead, develop, motivate, and influence people
• Business vision, analysis, and decision-making skills
• Results-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
