About the position

The Sports Bar General Manager at Buffalo Wild Wings is responsible for leading the restaurant's operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for sports fans. This role involves overseeing the management team, driving performance and engagement, and managing local marketing efforts while maintaining profitability. The General Manager will also engage with the community through fundraising and connection activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sports bar management team through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Ensure the restaurant meets Profit and Loss statement results.
• Oversee local restaurant marketing efforts.
• Manage community connection and fundraising activities.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safe food handling practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4-5 years of management experience in a restaurant setting.
• General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statements and manage the work of others.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience as a Restaurant General Manager.
