Requirements

• 2+ years of General Manager experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proven success in leading a hotel property.
• Demonstrated ability to lead sales efforts and motivate staff.
• Effective delegator with a proven ability to drive a service-oriented culture.
• Excellent leadership skills.
