About the position

The General Manager at EquipmentShare will oversee the Core Solutions rental location in Colorado Springs, CO, focusing on equipment rentals including aerial, earth moving, and material handling equipment. Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a strong team by hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Manage branch operations to maximize financial success, including conducting monthly profit and loss reviews.
  • Monitor key metrics such as equipment utilization, warranty recovery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure alignment and transparency.

  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards and complying with regulations.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years rental industry experience, preferably in a management role.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
