About the position

The General Manager at Einstein Bros. Bagels is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations with a focus on creating a positive customer experience and maintaining a productive work environment. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring the store is audit-ready, and leading a team to achieve business goals while promoting a work-life balance for employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations with a 'treat it like you own it' philosophy.
• Ensure the store is audit ready and that catering/mobile/in-store orders are executed efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Float in all positions during breakfast and lunch rushes to support the team as needed.
• Manage daily deposits and prepare for the next day after closing the store.
• Recruit quality team members and develop internal talent for future growth.
• Conduct P&L analysis and implement strategies to achieve food cost goals and labor targets.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
• Experience in shift management and team leadership.
• Valid Driver's License.
