About the position
The General Manager at Wendy's is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company policies and local laws, and leading the staff to achieve restaurant objectives. Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Wendy's restaurant.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local laws.
- Lead, interview, select, direct, train, and develop Shift Supervisors and Crew Members.
- Create and maintain an environment of engaged employees.
- Work effectively with the store team, including Restaurant Managers and Shift Supervisors.
- React productively to change and handle other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Senior level experience in restaurant management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members.
