Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff selection, development, and performance management.
• Oversee inventory and ordering of food, beverages, and supplies.
• Optimize profits while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and local laws.
• Respond to guest complaints and ensure positive service experiences.
• Manage shifts, including scheduling and planning while upholding standards.
• Conduct interviews and oversee training of new employees.
• Maintain accurate staffing plans and prepare employee schedules.
• Engage with the local community to promote the restaurant.

Requirements

• ServSafe certification is required.
• Experience in guest services and restaurant management at a senior level.
• Strong financial acumen to manage costs and budgets effectively.
• Ability to enforce food safety and sanitation standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
