About the position

Rochester Healthy Vending is looking for a motivated General Manager to oversee daily operations at unattended retail locations. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, inventory management, and business development, ensuring optimal performance of smart technology vending systems while driving operational efficiency and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer needs promptly.
• Oversee restocking efforts at unattended retail locations, ensuring machines are fully stocked and functioning properly.
• Manage inventory, including tracking stock levels, placing orders, and coordinating deliveries.
• Learn and maintain proficiency with company technology systems, including smart vending platforms and inventory management tools.
• Work closely with the leadership team to retain current clients and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
• Ensure vending equipment is operating efficiently, troubleshooting any technical issues as needed.
• Assist in growing the business by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
• Maintain a clean driving record and handle transportation to vending locations for restocking and service.
• Lead by example, managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks to meet company goals.

Requirements

• Previous management experience preferred but not required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with technology systems or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to manage inventory and ordering processes efficiently.
• A clean driving record is mandatory.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
