Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Wendy's restaurant.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local laws.
- Lead, interview, select, direct, train, and develop Shift Supervisors, Restaurant Managers, and Crew Members.
- Create and maintain an environment of engaged employees.
- Work effectively with the store team to achieve restaurant objectives.
Requirements
- Senior level experience in restaurant management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
