About the position

As a General Manager at Chartwell Hospitality, you will leverage your extensive hotel management experience to oversee all operational aspects of the hotel. This role emphasizes leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to inspire a team to deliver exceptional service while driving financial success. You will be responsible for various functions including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage management, and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations including sales and marketing, human resources, food and beverage, budget and forecast management, rooms, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Provide vision, leadership, and strategy to inspire associates to deliver exceptional service.
• Execute successful sales and marketing campaigns and understand dynamic revenue management.
• Drive profit to the bottom line through strong financial controls.
• Create and develop a dynamic team and foster strong owner relations.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in hotel management as a General Manager.
• Strong experience in food and beverage management is a plus.
• Ability to create and develop effective teams.
• Strong owner relations partnerships.
