Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including health and safety standards.
• Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet service and cleanliness standards.
• Manage profitability by adhering to food cost, labor, and sales growth guidelines.
• Coordinate and implement operations game plans and company initiatives.
• Accountable for staffing and training of restaurant personnel.
• Participate in local marketing efforts to enhance community engagement.
• Implement and promote Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of required programs and reports.
• Maintain restaurant equipment and address issues promptly.
• Represent Firehouse Subs professionally at all times.

Requirements

• 1+ years of management experience
• Ability to work on feet for up to 13 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Open availability for weekends and nights
• Cash handling skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to lead and develop a team
