Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the operation, including staff training, team management, and supervising daily activities.

• Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels for food service operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the food service or hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong background in culinary operations with knowledge of catering services.
• Demonstrated ability to train staff effectively and manage diverse teams.
• Familiarity with POS systems and operational management tools is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests, staff, and vendors.
