About the position

As the General Manager (GM) of Easy.Casual.Sushi, you will oversee all operations of the restaurant, ensuring a world-class environment that emphasizes genuine hospitality. You will lead and develop a team, implement strategies for continuous improvement, and create a positive culture aligned with the company's core values. Your role includes managing resources, setting clear expectations, and fostering an inclusive atmosphere that drives success for both team members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Build and lead a team, providing effective training and mentorship.
• Develop strategies for creative problem-solving and proactive planning.
• Create a culture of excitement, accountability, and positivity within the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively with the team to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage financial aspects, including P&L statements, food and labor costs.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Promote the restaurant within the community to attract new customers.
• Complete necessary paperwork, including sales and inventory reports.

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience required.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret reports and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to navigate a P&L statement and manage costs effectively.
• Commitment to the company's core values and ability to coach and hire based on these values.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Nice-to-haves

• 2+ years of restaurant experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in community engagement and sales building.
