Responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the Taco Bell restaurant to ensure customer satisfaction and profit maximization.
• Train and develop employees, providing leadership and coaching to managers and team members.
• Drive a customer-focused culture by resolving customer issues and training staff to meet service standards.
• Control day-to-day operations by scheduling labor and ordering supplies to meet restaurant needs.
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety codes and company policies.
• Analyze sales, labor, and inventory to achieve margin and sales growth targets.
• Build SMART action plans to address operational issues and improve performance.
• Lead performance management processes for all employees in the restaurant.
• Monitor restaurant performance metrics and provide coaching to meet targets.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required; University Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry or retail environment.
• Basic business math and accounting skills to manage Profit & Loss.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
