Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth
• Manage a team of 7-10 employees
• Hire, train, and develop a highly effective sales team
• Generate leads through local outreach initiatives
• Foster a competitive and team-oriented environment
• Communicate effectively with team and clients

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
• Minimum of 1-2 years managing a team
• Record of success in driving revenue
• Outgoing personality
• Organized and professional
• Efficient and effective communication skills
