About the position

As a General Manager for Little Caesars, you will be responsible for building and supervising a team to achieve customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability while adhering to company standards and procedures. This role involves overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality product preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers are served correct, complete orders within service time goals.
• Prepare and ensure that all colleagues prepare consistent, high-quality products served to customers.
• Achieve standards for a clean and organized restaurant.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Develop a productive team by providing direction and supervision through effective communication, delegation, and disciplinary skills.
• Accurately complete all paperwork associated with daily, weekly, and period-end activities as directed by the Area Supervisor or Market Director.
• Schedule, order food, and project product needs accurately while maintaining restaurant equipment.
• Implement shakerboarding, local store marketing events, and in-store promotions to increase sales.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
• Ability to reach and move items from as high as 6 feet and as low as 6 inches off the ground.
• Effective communication skills with customers and co-workers (reading, speaking, hearing, writing, etc.).
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Profit and Loss Statements.
• Ability to control and utilize equipment safely and correctly.
• Ability to successfully pass required training programs for certification.
• Basic math skills required.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
