About the position

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional hospitality services in our waterfront dining setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant and hospitality management, with a passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service are consistently met.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize restaurant performance and profitability.
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menus and maintain culinary excellence.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant and hospitality management, preferably in high volume establishments.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen management, food safety practices, and culinary techniques.
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
• Proficient in team management, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with staff and customers.
