Requirements

• Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
• Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired
• Experience in hospitality or retail is a plus
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager

Responsibilities

• Running a profitable restaurant
• Ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
• Setting the restaurant's goals with leadership
• Creating a plan to achieve restaurant goals
• Leading a team of Department Managers
• Helping Department Managers set their own goals and following up on their progress
• Providing coaching and direction to improve Departments
• Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers
