Responsibilities
- Running a profitable restaurant
- Ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
- Setting the restaurant's goals with leadership
- Creating a plan to achieve restaurant goals
- Leading a team of Department Managers
- Helping Department Managers set their own goals and following up on their progress
- Providing coaching and direction to improve Departments
- Hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers
Requirements
- Previous General Manager experience running high volume locations
- Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired
- Experience in hospitality or retail is a plus
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager
