About The Position
A job at McDonald's offers a job combo that fits YOU. This role is vital to the operations within the restaurant because you'll manage all aspects including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work. You will proactively lead and manage all People processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, and performance management. You will also be responsible for making critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs, ensuring food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald's standards of excellence, and maintaining high levels of standard for guest and employee safety. Additionally, you will oversee all operational needs of the restaurant, including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence.
