This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead a team, manage inventory, and drive operational excellence while maintaining a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the establishment to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate food production and preparation to meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food production processes.
• Excellent inventory control skills to manage stock effectively.
• Background in hospitality management with an emphasis on guest services.
• Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
